We, Martin and Marion, work together with our family, employees and friends on the farm where we live: Pranzegg.
By working with the people, vines, fruit trees, plants, soil, bees, sheep, chickens and cats, we seek to create a holistic approach to agriculture.
In order to be able to do this, we work bio dynamically.
Our steep, 4 ha vineyards around the Bolzano valley basin, which we cultivate with great manual effort, form the basis for creating our natural wines.

Old vines of indigenous varieties Schiava, Lagrein, Gewürztraminer, manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation, extended lees contact, no fining or filtration, minimal doses of sulfur and a lot of patience and guts are the stages from grape to wine.
We accompany the whole process to produce individual wines full of character.
